Cruise Selloffs will accept Vendor coupons at 75% of the applied value on Internet bookings only. Certain coupons cannot be combined with Cruise Selloffs wholesale rate, as certain coupons are only available on the cruise lines full fare. While Entertainment coupons typically cannot be applied to our rate, if applicable we will accept them at 75% of face value. The Customer Service Department must be contacted before any coupon can be sent. Price adjustments are not available after final payment has been made and is at the discretion of the cruise line.

9. Proof of Citizenship and Documentation
Proof of Citizenship/Travel Requirements: Starting December 31, 2006, the United States government is introducing new passport rules. 1. By December 31, 2006, passports will be required for all air and sea travel to and from the Caribbean, Bermuda, and Central and South America. 2. By December 31, 2006, passports will be required for all air and sea travel to and from Canada and Mexico. 3. By December 31, 2007, passports or other accepted travel documents will be required for all land border crossings as well as air and sea travel. 4. By January 1, 2008, all Americans departing and returning to the United States will be required to have a valid U.S. passport. For sailings arriving back to the United States prior to December 31, 2006: Proof of citizenship and photo identification is required for all travel. U.S. citizens need their government issued birth certificate with a raised seal (photocopies are not an acceptable form of identification) and a government issued photo I.D. or a valid passport. Children over the age of 16 are required to have a photo ID (government issued, or student ID are usually acceptable), with all passengers 18 and over requiring a government issued photo ID. In certain cases a passport is absolutely necessary for travel, ie. Europe, Asia, South America, certain Hawaii sailings, etc. Marriage certificates or legal name change documentation will be required for anyone with identification where last names do not match. Non U.S. citizens must contact their country's governmental embassy or consulate concerning specific travel documentation requirements. It is your responsibility to be sure you have the correct identification needed for your particular vacation. Certain countries do require visas for entry and exit. Be sure to check what visas may be needed. You must check with the cruise line you are sailing with to verify that you have the correct documentation.

10. Cancellations and Changes
Most cruise lines will not allow pregnant passengers who will enter their 26th week of pregnancy while on the ship. Please check with the cruise line before booking your cruise as they may charge penalties for cancellation. Passenger names must match the identification used for travel. It is mandatory that all documentation reflect the complete legal names. Notify the Customer Service Department of Cruise Selloffs  immediately if changes or corrections are needed. Please allow 3 business days for processing any changes i.e. insurance, cancellations, additions, etc. Processing issued tickets will take longer. Suppliers may charge a substantial fee plus applicable fare increases for changes made less than 90 days prior to sailing date.

11. Fee Schedule for Changes or Cancellation
These fees may be assessed if changes are made after deposit, or if the booking is cancelled. Fees listed below are in addition to the Cruise Line penalties.
